A delightful BDX blend from Yakima. Cab Franc (and one of the rare domestic cab franc expressions that doesn’t disappoint) leads on the nose. Tannins really fine and well-integrated. Relatively light and elegant on the palate. Cedar, black cherry, black currant, Merlot’s red plumminess peaking through, cigar box, gravel and all sorts of upturned earth. Still singing on night 3. Remind me to drink more WA blends.
