Pepper, tobacco, cherry notes. Tannins under control. Pleasant after it airs.

Want to come back and re-rate this in an hour. Good now, but suspect it will be much different after breathing for an hour.

Paired with flat irons and wild mushrooms. Not bad, not a melody either that I expected from such a well intended match. Too much tang that needed a few years to mellow.
