This is a Ripasso which is made in a special method utilizing used grape skin for amarone with fresh grape juice. It is better to wait a bit. It takes at least 30 minutes for opening. Otherwise real taste cannot be tasted, including Tanning, Spicy, Green pepper etc. @1400, X, 171110
