May 3rd, 2017Good solid full bodies red wine. Nose of wild blackberry, elderberry and clove. A dark tawny wine with Lots of cherry and oak. Extremely smooth with a long luxurious finish. Definitely a great wine to drink with Italian food and heartier fare. Yummmmmmmmmm

Nov 21st, 2016pretty damn good! Perfect gateway drug for a California Zinfandel or Merlot lover to start getting into Italian wines. It's big juicy fruit is somehow not too shabby! Definitely more balanced than other Nero's I've tried. It's perfect when you've had an especially hard day. A food pairing would have to be a heavy dish with a red sauce or red meat. gift from a neighbor, makes it taste even better!!!! cheers!
