This is a 2016 so still young for a wine that should have longevity. It however drinks like a mature wine now. Very complex with some blackberry and cherry at the beginning then continuing to smooth out the longer it gains oxygen. Finish is so good and carries you to the next bite of that wagyu New York Strip.
