Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Fresh off the bottling line. Slated for fall release. 25th (!?) anniversary label. Very challenging vintage, one of the best wines I've ever made. So looking forward to the next quarter-century.

So layered and tasty with classic napa dust. Would love to taste it in 2022

I feel like I've been transported to Sante Fe. Clay pottery, windswept earth, grilled poblano pepper, and black cherry. Balance, depth, and complexity seem to come with such ease, and nothing is forced, which is especially noteworthy considering the vintage. Cathy Corison is the Georgia O'Keeffe of American wine.

Absolute textbook definition of Napa Valley Cabernet. Medium nose with cedar, blackberry, cherry, vanilla and baking spices (cloves and nutmeg) and worn saddle leather. Medium body with plenty of acidity to keep it mouthwatering and fresh. Cherry cola, blackberry, bramble, vanilla, cedar with a spicy, loooong finish. Very smooth tannins.

Classic Napa Cab. Bramble, leather, black currant and eucalyptus on the nose. Medium intensity. Silky tannins. Medium plus body. Black cherry, cola, leather, vanilla, and cloves on the palate with a touch of green vegetables. Nice long finish

This wine is a specimen. @Cathy Corison you nailed it!!!! The 2011 Kronos is amazing.

Beautiful wine now, can't wait to taste in 15 years. If drinking young give it a couple hours to open up, it's getting more expressive by the hour.

Effing awesome. One of my fave Napa cabs, gorgeous ripe structure with luscious body, perfumed and a perfect streak of acidity. Cathy is truly a G.
