Kronos Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

First vintage Cathy made of kronos

Beautiful wine and showing well at 18 years old. I believe my old friend Jason Drew was there for the '96.

A little flabby in stellar company, antiseptic nose, band aid. Potential slight flaw.

Flight 1 along with 1996 Corison, 1997 Corison, and 1997 Kronos. Top half of a magnum. Candied cherry, strong ash on the nose. Developed a bit of greenness after opening up. Bottom half in Flight 2 had black tea and Szechuan pepper notes.
