大人の炭酸ウェルチ。
辛口ランブルスコよりも、ややドライ。
多分、炭酸が抜けると甘いんだろうなっていう感じの果実感と、ミネラルな感じのしないゆるい酒質。
でも、それが飲んでいて心地よい。
焼きそば、たこ焼き、お好み焼きには抜群にあうし、生ハム、肉味噌使った料理にもピッタリかと。
