Medium fruit and a little tart with slight tannins. Seemed to get sharper as we finished the bottle.

Started out tight with a heavy alcohol nose but mellowed out after 1 hr + of airing.. Not a lot of finesse but good structure with firm overt tannins.. Went quite well with Molitero Al Tartufo fromage
