On the nose, this is quite aromatic with sweet pears jumping out of the glass... On the palate, I'm again tasting apple-pear, but not as rich as perhaps the nose suggested it would be... Very balanced with the minerality here... Definitely some caramel here, but not in a way that would offend oak-haters... Just another note in the mix... This is almost full bodied... Quite substantial as you chew on it... Some baking spice here too as you savor, but the finish is just medium here and perhaps even "flabby" at the end where it seemed more precise upfront.
