Olivier Horiot’s new experiment - on white clay, east facing, slope 0-20%, 250m elevation, vines planted in 1994, 11% abv. More muted on the nose, tart lemon drop, mostly minerality, white peach, clove? On the palate more tropical fruits and ripe stone fruits, banana, slightly bready and doughy. Medium acidity and medium+ finish.
