Refreshing. Not sure I would like it by itself but it tasted good with a penne, broccoli rabe, spicy Italian sausage dish. Bought this because I wanted an inexpensive bottle of white to cook with but also drinkable. I prefer sauvignon blanc and chardonnay. This wine has no taste. Very light. Very simple. My complaint is the plastic cork. Had to use a wine stopper since I couldn’t fit the original cork back in the bottle
