So I had the 2018 vintage last year with a veal cotelet this year it came with the braised beef and wow is that a combination! Both dish and wine lift eachother. Young but very powerful Amarone. Curious to find out how it will be somewhat older. And next…… on to Inter in the CL! Ama la!
