I'm not a fan of #pinotgrigio; usually too tart and light but this one is more fruit forward, floral and white/yellow citrus, melon aromatics and of course quite a bit of acidity. You know how you can tell it's a good PG? Let it warm up past the condensation point on the glass and it still tastes great with some different flavors that come into prominence versus the well-chilled taste.
