Tart and dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, red currants, oak and white pepper.
Medium finish with soft tannins and tart cherries. A bit bitter on the end.
Too tart for my taste, but a good food wine.
This Chilean Cabernet, reminded me of a young Pinot Noir.

Very light bodied "cab," as it shortchanges you. A bit acidic of a finish. Perhaps better paired with food but was drinking on its as my first taste of the evening. Not for me.
