Concha y Toro
Reserva Devilish Release Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon
Concha Y Toro Casillero Del Diablo Develish Release Cabernet Sauvignon 2015, Chile
Dark ruby in color with a purplish rim.
Earthy nose with blueberries, cherries, licorice, plums, oak, vanilla, green pepper, light chocolates, herbs, spices, earth, dirt and black pepper.
Medium plus in body, with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, sweet cherries, green pepper, oak, licorice, cloves, leather, pencil lead, spices, peppercorn and bitter herbs.
Medium plus on the finish with soft tannins and bitter almonds.
An average Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile. This simple Red wine is earthy, with lots of green notes.
Drinking nicely now and not one for long term aging.
Drinkable by itself, but better with food. I paired it with a plate of cheeses and nuts, by the pool.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
