Frontera Central Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A simple cab, but cassis and mint dominate the nose as i'd like. A bit savoury on palate, but with plenty of dark fruit, decent acidity and finish, barely any tannin. Made to drink now, and quite decent!

Dryer than it’s cousins

High acidity, low bite, mildly overall, fruity

Smooth flavor but a slight bitter after-taste. Ok for the price and amount in the bottle.
