カベルネらしさが全開。渋みが強く舌がピリピリする感覚に襲われるが後味も素晴らしい。
これぞカベルネ、というワイン。
2010年は比較的冷涼な気候だったらしく引き締まる感じはあるが、それがまたタンニンを強く引き出しているよう。
