Lovely pure magenta colour and raspberry (with a hint of black pepper) nose. Fresh soft and light to the front of the mouth but with some back of mouth acid burn, the taste being dark cherries lightened by a few red berries. Perfectly pleasant and relatively elegant example of a chinon, though lacks the wow factor.
