Great story behind this wine...the “zombie wine!!” This grape, thought to be extinct...discovered in an old vineyard, abandoned and overgrown...
Wine as good as the story used to up-sell!!
Good fruit and tannins. A bit of bitterness in the finish. It really opened up as the meal progressed. Amazing dining experience accompanied by quite a unique wine.

BDAY WINE! Vibing pretty hard with our crispy lamb breast dish (which is amaze). Would be even better decanted but tastes pretty damn good right now!!
