This is good good stuff and certainly deserves a 9.0+ rating. High aromatics that draw you in and much more lemongrass and herbal and mineral than the orange citrus and blossom typical of Albarinõ. In a blind tasting I would have a hard time not leaning toward Sancerre.

It’s been in the mid-60’s this week where I live. This did the trick while I stood over a grill. True to type without being offensive or too impressive.

Yellow apple and lime aromas and flavors. Touches of spice, minerals and saline. A bit of creamy heft (oak aging?). Notes of white flowers on the nice long finish.
