Just an amber coat past iced tea, with tight soap suds forming bridge-y lacings. Apricot tea and clementine with dried apricot torn on the backside, apricot bread, biscotti and a sweet, peachy tea hint. Apricot-jam thumbprint cookies, tangelo, lemon zest, tea cookies with lemon marmalade, baked pecan, burnt peach. This has a recurring bitterness. Loose and disjointed at times, ending with a rosemary herbaceous-ness that is straight off a grill plank, but has a certain outlaw nature that gives it a dangerous charm. Dosie do, and turn the sides, but don’t turn your back on this gentleman bandit, he’s packing big iron.

First sip hoppy, but not too bitter. Definitely some caramel to it with a slight after taste. Towards the end, more after taste builds up with a lingering hoppiness.
