Warm vintage so riper w more alcohol. However it’s also more rounded and drinkable now and has decent acidity to balance it out. Morello and black cherry, tea leaves and an almost savory black olive note too. Prefer leaner, brighter barberas typically as they pair brilliantly with food

Red. The first 70 percent is smooth and feels like the bottle has been open for 2 hours. The last bit it sharp. About 50 bucks at AOC
