It’s a good solid wine. Off top it was a little toooooo...too. Given a smidge if time and air it is friendly and basic but balanced. And balanced is my favorite characteristic in wine. This is workaday wine. This is lower on the Columbia rung—I’ve had ones from them I like more but this one is thoroughly enjoyable.

Appealing dark cherry nose, but monotone delivery and a closed, flat finish. I'd buy this in the $10-15 range, but no more.

The "fruit, fruit, fruit" and sangria comments were spot on. Flavorful, but not at all dry and not any subtlety.
