2011. I found this bottle while doing some CellarTracker QC/QA this morning and thought I would see if it had anything left to offer to the spinach mushroom risotto I was making for dinner. It does not appear that there were any significant negative impacts from storing this $7 wine (that my database said I drank in 2013) for a decade, and there may have been some positives… It worked great in the risotto, and was an easy to quaff match along side of it.
