Columbia Crest
Grand Estates Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Light and sweet in the front; then slightly dry. This has a blend of the sweetness and dryness of a modest Bordeaux. Excellent for pairing with a full flavored main dish.

This Cabernet is good right out of the bottle.
Deep purple in color with a purplish rim.
Intense, Fruity and smoky on the nose with blackberries, vanilla, oak, tobacco, sweet cherries, smoked meats, bacon and licorice. Nice and interesting.
Full bodied and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry, but feels sweeter, on the palate with blackberries, blueberries, sweet plums, cherries, vanilla, licorice, light wood and black pepper.
Medium plus on the finish with black pepper and soft tannins.
Simple and much more interesting on the nose than on the palate, yet nicely balanced.
A Great party wine. Not too much structure, but Tasty and inoffensive. A bit sweet for me. I'm wondering if there's some sugar in it...
A Blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 2% Syrah and 2% others.
Aged in Oak barrels for 10 months.
90 points Wine Enthusiast.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
