Rich red magenta color with purple undercoat. Fruit forward bouquet more than earth. Tannins and acid medium, leaning dry with good alcohol for aging. Clear blackberry and raspberry tones, with underlying tart plums — slightly sour finish. An promising ingenue waiting for a lead role.
