Holy shit! Like wow! This elegant wine was like walking through an Indian spice market! Mulberry, blackberry, and black current for sure! Can we just talk about the spices though? White pepper, black pepper, green cardamom, juniper, toasted cumin, vanilla pods and no matter where you turn, the inescapable, alluring scent of garam marsala. An incredibly individual example of Gimblett Gravels Syrah.
