The 2016 White Burgundy made for Berry Brothers was an excellent accompaniment to the extensive seafood platter that kicked off a marvelous wedding breakfast this weekend. Lime, zest, a touch of papaya, mid level acidity. Not overly complex but fit the bill perfectly.
