Fermented on the skins and thrown right into steel tanks. No intervention! I could make this wine!

This 2015 Malvasia from Umbria is currently in a very good place. Bright floral and apple notes, long finish. Good producer, good wine.

Beautiful color and lots of interesting things going on here, just not a big fan. Love the Reds from Collecapretta, but the whites don't do it for me.
