Started out a little on the dry side. Slight vinegar taste with a bit of a bite. Let it air for 20 to 30 mins and smoothed out a bit. Overall good flavor, definite earthy tones.

Not great on the nose. Rubbing alcohol. A bit better on taste. Very light. Some earth and tart red fruit. Ehh. Revisited Day 2. Not much of a change.
