It's a warm, sunny, beautiful day here in TX, and this is the perfect way to finish off lunch. I got to go through Cobden Wini wines my last visit out to Napa as the winemaker, @Mark Davis , is also out of O'Brien Estate. They have a Marsanne/Roussanne blend, a very nice Pinot noir, and this excellent late harvest Sauv Blanc. Talk about aromatics! Bursting out of the glass with honeysuckle, white flowers and kiwi. Great viscosity and texture on the palate that coats it with honey, vanilla, and a hint of orange.
