One of these trendy Pinot Gris… very, very subtle citrus fruit and lots of unctuous earthy mineral notes. Dry, feels full on the palate with high acidity. Cheers.

Pinot Gris is almost always decent wine. I can drink it for hours. I was watching The Wine Show and a Melbourne producer said Pinot Gris was not a great wine but a very good drinking wine. That is something people don't discuss enough, wine experiences change depending on the pairing or lack there of.

Whole Foods has this wine listed to go with a cheese pairing that worked really well. Roth Pavino cheese, Fig Spread and Apricot, Fig and Lemon Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps.
Otherwise I’m not generally a huge Pinot Gris fan.
