Pretty classic Loire CF. On the nose, dark fruit, white pepper and dried rose hips. In the mouth, dark fruit, a bit of cracked pepper. Medium tannins, medium high acid. Long finish. Needed a good 2 hours to show well and have some classic CF character. Hold 2-5 years or 2-3 hr decant.
