Nov 9th, 2019A very unique wine made from the rare Escanya-Vella grape and made by Marc Ripoll. Interesting aromas of honey, chamomile as well as lavender, herbs de Provence and breads lees nots. Lively acidity. Aged mostly in an amphora style flex tank allowing it to age oxidatively without oak, Lees stir naturally , before being transferred to oak briefly.
