Crisp, bright, not as bitter as I was expecting with very pure fruit.

My favorite Vermentinu this year, elegant and fragrant

I wish I had the patience to wait to drink this wine when it matures.

Lovely! Nice mouth feel, finish is smooth. This is a 2009. Have a couple more and will look for more.

Great acidity for spicy foods like the wasabi & Ginger my meal had runnin thru it at various stages. Had s a powdery plastic nose & some on the palate too. Not in a bad way. Some vinegar soaked red fruits. Waitress guaranteed it wouldn't be sweet & it wasn't.
