Wow, color me surprised by just how much this has changed since my last bottle, which was just a year and change ago. It is still fizzy so it needs some heavy shaking, but it also has some sediment so it needs a double-decant first. After that it doesn't take long to get into form. It still has plenty of saturating primary fruit richness, but it comes along slender in shape and is now all the way on the red-fruited side of the spectrum. It's transformed from a hearty country-wine style to something quite refined. I don't like it any more (or less), but the change in personality over such a short time was dramatic.
