im not a big fan of Eric Solomon wines and I'm not a big CDP guy, but I like this wine and its a good value.

The 2012 needs serious decanting. 16% alcohol. Dark fruit, touch of leather, long long finish.

5/2021. Nice wine. Medium bodied, balanced and nice on the palate. Paired well with the beef tartar and escargot at Black Rooster.

This bottle has such smooth tannins that the berry dominates. 2012 vintage with full rich flavor and smooth round finish. Perfect fir our goose breast.
