delicious bottle of wine. Amazing what Sauvignon can taste like when actually ripe and in capable hands. I marinated some chicken in gochujang, mirin, ginger, onion, and garlic. had a little mixed green salad with lemon-ginger dressing with avocado and some gochujang and cane sugar vinegar slaw. Knockout pairing.
