Fruit is a bit shy on the palate, medium tannins, high acidity, some sweetness. Finish is medium long, bitter chocolate, acidic, cherries. After one hour, it opened some more an my was savory, maybe beef blood, pepper. 50+4+12+16+7=91

Apr 18th, 2016Very very nice castillon. Red fruit, nice minerality and good acidity. Very nice soft tannins. Biological/biodynamic production. 60% merlot, 30% cab franc, and 10% cab Sauvignon.
