Rich nose with notes of beeswax, lemon oils, citrus and wet stone. Light and zesty on the palate with a touch of creaminess. Opulent flavors of peach, pear and melons leads to touches of butter, oak and spice. The finish is long and clean with just enough acidity to keep everything in balance. Pairs beautifully with braised chicken with garlic.
