A rather racy, flavorful white. We had it with cheese raclette which was a very good fit. Doubtful whether it fits to a delicate fish course. But nice wine overall.

Blend of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo. Spent some time on skins giving it a unique texture and weight. Very enjoyable.
