more complexity than many entry bottling of Bordeaux grand cru classe level for literally half the price. incredible pqr. more fruit too if that's from climate; more to my taste than BDX

Clos du Soleil spring wine club shipment arrived and starts with a bang. Rich, full bodied wine, with tannins that give a nice finish. Black cherry, raspberry and spices. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Malbec making up the rest. Great value and a great winery to visit if you are going through Keremeos.

Mar 23rd, 2019Great, easy drinking wine, although I was sure my bottle was somehow extra small. Well balanced with fresh but dark fruit flavours. Love the winery in Keremeos, great place to stop on the into the ok Valley and on the way home.

This is an absolutely fantastic Bordeaux style. Many claim to make wine in the French style but Clos du soleil really pulls it off. Black cherry, plum, cassis, chokecherry, cinnamon. Medium tannins, very long finish. Unbelievable bottle.
