A lovely Gigondas robust yet elegant and classic. Deep purple blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah, lovely nose full of black current, spices, dry figs, earthiness and dust. Full body, with firm dry tannins, splendid supporting acidity and a long delicious finish. Very elegant and balanced. My score 88, drink to 2020

Dark and brooding. Has an intriguing blood like tang. Lifted Grenache nose. Went very well with the lamb skewers.
