Good example of Cab Franc - tobacco,blackberry and herbs with added feature of dried raisin- med tannins and acidity. Had the next day with grilled green beans and mushrooms with sweet barbecue chicken and it was a fantastic pair

App-clear/deep/ruby -- Nose- clean/intensity-2+/aroma-pleasant/clean/balanced/spice? /oak? -- Palate-sweetness-1/acidity-2/tannin-1/body-3/flavor-??/finish-3 -- Conclusions-quality-very good/balanced. Label mentions flavors of blackberry/plum/toasted oak/expresso/spice. Cannot disagree just don't distinguish as much at this stage
