Rich sweet-tart late season luscious plum that floods across the palate. Mocha hints and tiny spikes of hot pepper. The petit Verdot lends the perfect touch of astringency to the finish which lingers as waves of coffee, ash, and primarily plum roll around in the throat and coalesce in that high-alcohol mash to provide a lovely heat.
