Sep 5th, 2018Popped, poured, and no regrets. This is a jam monster through and through. Thick aromatics of candied cherries and dried herbs. Flavors of preserved red/black fruits, smoked beef jerky, Worcestershire sauce, and nuts. Elegant acid and almost nonexistent tannins. Drink up!
