Cherry, green bell pepper, a bit of a candied sugar note too. The palate is well done with a nice acid backbone and a bright cherry all along, there is a sweet spot with a soft mouthfeel around. Some tannins in mid palate disrupt the palate somehow and create a long fruity finish with a nice drying twist. Gosh I like cab franc

My absolute favorite on our list. A delicate red, with a medium to long finish. Vegetal hints. Pairs well with a great range of food.
