Second time I've had this wine. This time with food: grilled lamb loin chops and cous-cous. Excellent with food. Not as funky as last time when I had it with the lamb, but glass after done with the meat showed the "dirt" and funk that I remembered from a few weeks ago. Chilean Pinot could be getting really interesting!
