Fancy friends talk about wine 'opening up' after a while. I've never really known what that meant, until this bottle. At the start, I'd say this was unpleasantly tart. After a couple of hours in the open air, however, there was a lingering tang, but that followed rich red fruit and a tacky dry finish. Really liked this.
